Will I be charged again after 90 days?
No. Passes are a single payment and never renew on their own. When it ends you keep everything you saved and drop back to Explore.
What if our move takes longer than planned?
Moves slip all the time. Add another 30 days for $9 whenever you need it, as often as you need it.
Can I upgrade from Move Pass to Household?
Yes. Pay the $20 difference and your pass becomes a Household pass, extended to six months from the day you first bought it.
What if it isn't useful?
Email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. No form, no questions.
Why not a monthly subscription?
Because you move once, not every month. A pass matches how a move actually happens: a few intense months of looking, then you're home.
