Ives Estates is an unincorporated community in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. It is located in the northeastern part of the county, just south of the city of Aventura and north of the city of North Miami Beach. The community is named after its founder, Joseph Ives, who purchased the land in the early 1950s and developed it into a residential area.
