Ensley is a neighborhood located in the western part of Pensacola, Florida, United States. It is situated in Escambia County and is approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Pensacola. The history of Ensley dates back to the early 1900s when it was primarily a rural area. It began to develop in the 1940s and 1950s as a suburban community, with the construction of homes and businesses. Today, Ensley is a diverse community with a population of approximately 23,000 residents.
