Bokeelia is a census-designated place located on Pine Island in Lee County, Florida, United States. It is situated on the northern tip of the island and is bordered by Charlotte Harbor to the east and Boca Grande Pass to the west. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.5 square miles (14.2 km²), of which 4.4 square miles (11.4 km²) is land and 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²) (20.99%) is water.
