Biscayne Park is a small village located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in the United States. It is situated north of Miami and is bordered by North Miami to the west, Biscayne Bay to the east, and Miami Shores to the south. Biscayne Park is approximately 0.6 square miles in size, and as of the 2020 census, it had a population of 3,139 residents. History: Biscayne Park was originally part of the Town of Miami Shores, but in 1931, a group of residents voted to incorporate the area as a separate municipality. The village was named after the nearby Biscayne Bay, which in turn was named after the Bay of Biscay in France. In the early days, Biscayne Park was known for its farms, nurseries, and groves, which were popular with tourists and locals alike.
