Seeley is a small unincorporated community located in Imperial County, California, United States. It is situated about 10 miles southeast of El Centro and about 115 miles east of San Diego. Seeley has a population of around 1,700 people. The community of Seeley was founded in the early 1900s by Frank Seeley, who established a store and post office in the area. In the following years, Seeley grew as a small agricultural community, with many of its residents working in nearby farms and ranches.
