San Diego Country Estates is a residential community located in the northeastern part of San Diego County, California. It is situated in the foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains, about 6 miles east of the city of Ramona and about 35 miles northeast of downtown San Diego. The community is built around the San Vicente Golf Course, which is a championship 18-hole golf course. It also has a clubhouse, pro shop, and restaurant.
